Hi Everyone,
I was having a tough week fighting a cold, injuries, and even feeling a little down. We all go through that feeling down thing, so to snap out of it, I went out with my girlfriend. I hadn’t seen her in awhile with all the traveling and busy schedule, so it was a really nice girlie time for me.
We started out at Caesar’s Forum where I got myself these amazing look shoes which are also super comfortable…BONUS! I love shoes, but it is hard to find some that will actually fit comfortable on my rather wide feet. Even when I was a kid, I had to go to a special shoe store to get my shoes that specialed in wide feet. I have always had a complex about them, so I find it ironic that feet fetish guys really like them.
The best I can do is try and take good care of them, so I go get a pedicure every 2 weeks.
I also found a dress on sale. My other weakness is that I LOVE dresses that come just above knee with lots of color. I know that you will be seeing the dress in a future photo shoot. They always end up in front of a camera. I could honestly say, that just about everything in my closet has been used for a shoot or has been in a movie, commercial, tv, etc
We also stopped by the MAC store. I love their make-up and I get a 30% discount for being in the business and having an agent. The make-up artists really know what they are doing there, and sometime I would love to go and get my make-up done for a night out on the town. I believe the cost is $50, but is something fun to do if you want to be girlie.
I had that done once when I went to the Playboy Mansion Party. It was a rockstar theme so I went to a hair place as well and really rocked out. It was really fun.
We left Caesar’s and headed to the Hardrock Casino. The Magic convention was in town, so the streets were really crowded. Hardrock was really happening and we ended up sitting at the popular circle bar. It is a lot of fun if you have never been there. Lots of interesting people to watch and I guess there are a ton of woman of the night there if you get my drift.
lol I wouldn’t know one to save my life, but I guess they hang out there looking for victims.
Met some really nice people there and talked to a guy named Chris who was pretty sharp and fun to talk to. I hate idiotic people, so it was nice talking to someone intelligent in a bar situation. My “feeling ugly, oompa loompa” mood improved and I was actually feeling really pretty. I even blushed! (Isn’t that a high school thing?) I was in a really great mood, laughed, and just had a lot of fun.
We went over to Mandalay Bay, but there wasn’t much going on there. Lots of young guys trying to bust the moves on us, so we had to throw the fish back and keep on the move.
lol (I hope you know I am just saying this to be funny and not trying to offend anyone).
We head to Flamingo Hilton and went to Margaritaville. My girlfriend wanted chips and salsa so bad, but they said they closed the kitchen. Tell me, “How hard is it to just go grab chips out of the bag and a bowl?” She should have at least said she would try and then say she couldn’t. I guess she was ready to go home.
I was in shock when I saw that it was 3:30 AM My girlfriend never stays out that late, so it was really great to see her let her hair down for a change, or am I just a bad influence? DOH!
Anyway, had a great time.
Today, I am going to birthday barbecue and another barbecue at my brother’s house. EEK!!! I hope they both don’t have steaks going. lol Wouldn’t that be funny?
Wasn’t going to throw another picture up but having technical difficulties.
Have a great day and weekend!!!
Thanks for stopping by and thanks so much for your support!
xoxo
