Hi Gang!

I wanted to write sooner, but I have been slammed beyond belief!  Los Angeles was a lot of fun.  I did work on Sat night with Anders in Long Beach.  We shot some cool stuff that I will share with you when I get some pics.

Anyway, the rest of the time I was there, I worked out everyday!  I can’t believe I was able to keep myself disciplined to do that.  I did the Circuit Works program which I did when I lived there before.  It is intense and a great workout.  I was one of the originals and they have me in their advertisement, so I thought that was pretty cool.

I am really proud of them.  Raphael has come a long way and it is really a booming business for him.  People get results, so if you are living in the Los Angeles and want to have a great workout, they are located in Venice Beach off Abbot Kinney.

I did 5 straight days of working out with them and even did it on the day that I was driving back to Las Vegas. 

I did a movie premier Wed night for a friend of mine from England.  It was a scary movie and really great.  It as at the “Dances With Films” festival.  It is for indies with no names for the actors which is truly what an indy should be about.  The celebs have to give us little people a break, right? 

Anyway, the movie was called, “Scar Crow” and it was really good.

I also visited my dentist that day for my teeth cleaning and my friend, Shawna for a facial.  She is the absolute best and my dentist is awesome.

I did a trip to IKEA also while I was there and got some awesome book shelves and organization supplies!  There is the nerd in me coming out.  I love office supplies.  The secret is out!  I also love to organize, so in  case you were wondering why I am up so late….I put the rest of the shelves up tonight after my shoot with Marc (another awesome guy and fun photographer to work with).  I am just putting a few things up and will do the bulk of it tomorrow.  Feeling a little tired but wanted to get some of it done.

I saw my girlfriend and bought 5 small purses when went shopping (all different colors).  I realized I didn’t really have anything for the evening and going out and since I don’t get a chance to really shop much, I just decided to go for it and get some small inexpensive purses.

We had lunch at a really great restaurant and we each had a Grey goose and Soda cocktail.   You guys know that I love my vodka.  I would have went Belvedere but they didn’t have any.

There was a barbecue for Sat night and I was able to stay for 1 hour before heading out to my shoot.  Better than nothing, right?

I saw “The Hangover” once I was back in Vegas.  I am featured in it at the mini mart, so if you guys thought you saw me (lots of people have emailed me), then you certainly did.  lol  I am not talking, but it is clearly me, so be on the lookout for it if you go see the movie.

I was able to watch “9 Muses” and it is really good!  Two thumbs up!  If you haven’t checked it out yet, you should go get it.  The download is very reasonable and you get a feature film length to watch.

It is very fetish but I think it has a little something for everyone.  I play a psycho wife and it is a great scene.  That is definitely worth getting it for, not to mention there are some sexy scenes in there of me that I am not going to give away, but I guarantee that you are going to go out of your mind when you see them.   I was even shocked when I saw them because I thought the scenes looked hot.

Anyway, had a mixed wrestling match with Earl the other day.  He drove a distance to wrestle with me.

I will be editing the footage that I got and putting it up on my clips store so be sure to look for it.

It was a really good match and I think it is the best one I have on video, so you will have to check it out for sure. I have bruises on my legs from scissoring him, so you know it was good.

Anyway, I think I have talked your ear off enough.  Going to get some sleep.
